Mary Lecca
Chief Compliance Officer
Mary serves as Chief Compliance Officer at Argonautica Private Wealth Management, Inc.®. She oversees all compliance functions, including developing and implementing the compliance processes and procedures, regulatory audits, surveillance, testing and training.
She started working in the financial services industry in 2005 and has accumulated over 17 years of experience in various senior compliance roles. Prior to joining Argonautica, Mary spent six years at Arete Research LLC as a Global Chief Compliance Officer. Before that, Mary served as a VP, Chief Compliance Officer for Berenberg Capital Markets LLC, VP, Compliance Officer for Nile Capital Management LLC, Nile Capital (affiliated broker-dealer), and Nile Capital Investment Trust (40 Act fund).
Mary graduated Cum Laude from Bentley University in Waltham, MA in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Management. She lives in Chestnut Hill, MA, with her husband Angel and son Myles. Mary spends her free time playing tennis, traveling, and exploring the world with her family. In addition, Mary is passionate about helping children in rural areas in Peru, her country of birth.
