Frank X. Rambusch, CIMA®

Frank serves as Managing Principal and Chief Investment Officer at Argonautica Private Wealth Management, Inc.^®. He also maintains corporate responsibilities as our Treasurer and Secretary. Frank co-leads efforts and co-owns Argonautica Private Wealth Management, Inc.^® with his business partner Ted York.

Frank strategically transitioned his business consulting experience to Smith Barney Consulting Group in 1993 to primarily focus his consulting efforts on the underserved small to medium-sized institutional fee-based investment consulting market. Frank earned and was awarded the coveted Consulting Group Directorship role at Smith Barney, where he built out and supervised the entire practice.

In 1998, Frank formed a new business partnership with Ted York, and after much deliberation, they strategically transitioned their institutional fee-based consulting practice to one focused primarily on serving high-net-worth families. Frank spent much of the next few years allocating the resources and acquiring the talent to accomplish that goal.

Frank has held senior investment roles at major Wall Street firms, including considerable time at Salomon Smith Barney CitiGroup and Wells Fargo Advisors. Frank directs and guides our practice regarding all client strategic investment decisions and recommendations.

Frank received his business education from Babson College and earned and was awarded his CIMA designation from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He has two married daughters Betsy and Jennifer, and 4 Grandchildren. Frank enjoys traveling, sailing, and spending quality time with his family and friends. Frank has dedicated considerable time to various charitable non-profit organizations over the past couple of decades.​​​​​​​
